1. Charges
1.1
Health and Beauty Guide.com advises that all advertisement costs are charged in Pounds Sterling.
1.2
Payment of adverts is within 7 days of date of invoice. If payment is not received Health and Beauty Guide.com reserves the right to remove the display until oustanding monies have been settled.
2. Advert Content
2.1
Health and Beauty Guide.com accepts advertisements in good faith and expects that advertisers will provide clear and accurate descriptions of their product or services.
2.2
All adverts should comply with the relevant UK legislation including the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 (which covers false descriptions) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (which covers misleading prices). The advertiser will agree to indemnify Health and Beauty Guide.com against all claims arising out of any misleading information in the advertisement.
2.3
Health and Beauty Guide.com will take every care to faithfully reproduce the text, contact details, and photographs provided to us by the advertisers. We will not be held liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part.
Health and Beauty Guide.com reserves the right to determine the design and layout of all adverts, and (with discretion) make changes to submitted text or photographs should we consider any to be necessary. Health and Beauty Guide.com will not be liable for any loss arising from such changes.
2.5
Health and Beauty Guide.com will be very careful with all materials and photographs provided for the advert, but cannot be held liable for any loss or damage however caused.
3. Copyright
3.1
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that they have the right to reproduce any photographs or digital images supplied to us. The advertiser agrees to indemnify Health and Beauty Guide.com against all claims arising out of any infringement of copyright for such photographs or images.
3.2
Digital images produced by Health and Beauty Guide.com from photographs supplied by advertisers become the property of Health and Beauty Guide.com. These shall not be reproduced without our permission.
4. Liability
4.1 Health and Beauty Guide.com cannot be held liable for any loss incurred, including consequential losses such as loss of income, in connection with advertising on the Health and Beauty Guide.com.
5. Website Linking
5.1
Health and Beauty Guide.com will (at our sole discretion) include one link per advert to a personal website. This link will be placed beneath the owners contact details at the end of the advert. The personal website must only relate to the property being advertised on our website. We reserve the right to refuse such links, or remove them without notice.
6. Advert Refusal and Termination
6.1
Health and Beauty Guide.com reserves the right to refuse or to accept any advert submitted. If the advert has been paid for on-line, a full refund will be given, or if a cheque has been received by post, this will be returned. Any materials sent by post will be returned. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by Health and Beauty Guide.com for any loss incurred, including loss of income, the time/cost involved in submitting the advert etc.
6.2
If Health and Beauty Guide.com receives a complaint about a product or services advert, we reserve the right to remove that product or service from our web site without notice, if in our opinion the complaint is reasonably substantiated. Such complaints could relate to the accuracy of an advert, unacceptable booking conditions, lack of response to complaints etc. In all cases, our decision will be final. A refund will normally be made pro-rata for the remaining unused period of the advertisement, however under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by Health and Beauty Guide.com for any loss incurred, including loss of income, re-advertising costs etc.
6.3
The advertiser may choose to withdraw their advert from the Health and Beauty Guide.com web-site at any time – please notify us in writing by letter or e-mail. They may also request that their advert is reinstated at any time during the period of advertising purchased. Please note that the period of advertising will not be extended to allow for the time when the advert was not shown on our web-site.
7. Refunds
7.1
All new advertisers have the right to cancel their adverts within seven days of payment. If you do cancel your advertisement within seven days, you will have your payment refunded within the next 31 days. Should you decide to cancel your advertisement after seven days but before the end of your agreement date, there will be no refund payable.
8. Service Level
8.1
Health and Beauty Guide.com will make every effort to provide advertisers with a first class service. We will endeavour to approve new adverts, and approve changes to existing adverts as quickly as possible. However, as we have no control over the number of requests that we receive at any one time, we are unable to guarantee response times.
8.2
Health and Beauty Guide.com will endeavour as far as practical to ensure that our web-site is available on the internet at all times. However, some breaks in service are inevitable and often beyond our control, we therefore cannot guarantee 100% availability 365 days a year. |
