Sheila Bryant M.B.T.E.R, C.H.S.V.A. was looking for a change of direction in her life when she discovered Bowen. Originating in Australia, the therapy was brought over to Great Britain in 1993 and has since mushroomed, being one of the most effective and widely used complimentary therapies.
Having qualified as a human practitioner, Sheila then went to gain qualification as an equine Bowen Therapist through BowenEquus. Then with a great insight to complimentary therapies and the strength of their properties, Sheila has gone on to qualify in Crystal Healing and is also qualified as a Reiki Master / Teacher.
Therefore, MyBodyBalance is a good all round approach to both the physical and emotional state of the body, whether it be for a specific condition or just for maintenance.
